Returns Policy (last updated 7/20/2018)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g.: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Damaged, Open packages, Swapped items, Missing RMA, Lack of information, Damaged packaging will reduce the refund amount 


Q: Which products are NOT allowed to be be returned?

A: Due to regulations and safety considerations: ammunition, gun powder, primers, liquids (most), as well as other ORM-D and hazardous items are not returnable. Anything which has been modified, and anything damaged including items where retail packaging or contents are damaged or missing. 

Q: What is allowed to be returned?

A: All other products have a 100% satisfaction guarantee with proof of purchase. Some limitations apply.

Q: What if I have a defect or the firearm is damaged or not working?

A: Please contact manufacturer. Cobra Tactical, Inc is not responsible for other manufacturer warranties. Or if Cobra Tactical is the manufacturer, then you should contact us and we will work with you to get the matter resolved. 

Q: What if I paid using a Cobra Tactical Gift Card?

A: You would be issued a refund in the form of a new Cobra Tactical Gift Card.

Q: Can items purchased online, be return to the Retail Store?

A: Yes, however, Proof of Purchase is required.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

You may have an item shipped to a different address than what is on your account.

All items requiring a Federal Firearms License (FFL) the Client shall provide their FFL of choice to Cobra Tactical, Inc. Click Here To Email Us or put the details into the notes on the order. The best way to provide your FFL information to us is to have your FFL email their licence to Click Here To Email Us . They should include the order reference number, customer name and customer contact telephone number and FFL telephone number or email. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Q: How long will my order take?

A: This will be dependent upon the following factors. 1. Shipping Method selected or available for the order. 2. Time of day and day of the week your order is placed. 3. Total weight of the order. 4. Weather/Acts of Mother Nature. 5. Contents of your order (ordering a small light weight item along with ammunition, which must ship ground, may cause a delay).

Q: Is my order insured?

A: Yes. All orders are insured at no additional cost to you.

Q: How are backorders shipped?

A: They typically ship standard - Best Way. You may request expedited shipping, but we find that this is typically not necessary.
